A while ago I introduced the Best People Attraction Model:
Talking with my friend Liz about this model she came to the conclusion that something is missing in the model. Although you see balance in entrepreneurship and family in the centre of the model it is not ‘in’ the model.
Each step in the model could included a key how you can create balance in entrepreneurship and family.
At this moment I am brainstorming constantly how the model can be improved.
The name of the model could be better too. I came up with this name so I could use it in more presentations, making the target audience larger. Oh o, wrong direction. Focus.
Liz said, “You need to name your space and claim it.”
I am the ….. for entrepreneurs. Not “I will be”, I am!
We talked about “helping entrepreneurs to create a wealthy balance of entrepreneurship and family”.
I see entrepreneurs that are struggling to get enough clients and make enough money so they can not support their family without worries. On the other hand I see entrepreneurs that get so many clients and orders that they are continuously working. This way they miss time with their family.
Wealthy means you earn enough money to support your family and spend plenty of time with your family.
A well-rounded life.
So this could be transformed to “I train entrepreneurs to have a well-rounded life”
For the last few days I have been looking into this ‘well-rounded life’ and found the three keys.
The three keys of a well-rounded life:
- develop wisdom
- develop prosperity (where ‘you’ have to define what you consider living prosperously)
- develop physical well being
During the earlier call with Liz we talked about the 5 pillars for a well-rounded life for entrepreneurs:
- supporting yourself (nutrition, exercise, knowledge)
- supporting your family (money, time, legacy)
- supporting your business (purpose, clients, partners)
- supporting your community (community work, time, funds)
- supporting a better world (from successful to useful)
This really is what I am all about.
It is not about earning lots of money.
It is about living prosperously.
Spending time with your family.
Make the world a better place.
